Returns & Exchanges

Every buyer has the right to return the product within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day of receipt.

When starting to use the purchased item, the buyer confirms that it corresponds to the ordered item and the item cannot be returned!

If you use the right of refusal and it is not related to the non-compliance of the relevant product or service with the terms of the contract, then it is your responsibility to cover the costs associated with sending the product back.
